Good food, good company, relaxed environs and cocktails to boot... these are usually the makings of a pleasant event -- and Grill & Chill Fridays at Alhambra Inn provides just that. If you are unfamiliar with the place, Alhambra Inn & Restaurant is situated at 1 Tucker Avenue, just a stone's throw from the National Stadium, and it is well known for its quaint layout, delightful ambience and scrumptious cuisine.

The Alhambra Inn & Restaurant has been doing Grill & Chill Fridays for quite some time, but recently, Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum, Rainforest Seafoods and Hamilton's Smoke House joined forces with the team to launch the event officially. Grill & Chill Fridays allows patrons to relax and enjoy flavourful grilled dishes, play games with friends and sip Appleton cocktails under the stars, while Renaissance Disco's DJ Pepsi plays a selection of hits all evening.

The basa fish, which Rainforest Seafoods now offers, is used to prepare a tender and flavourful Grilled Basa.

The Grill & Chill Fridays signature cocktail — the Alhambra Chilltini — is made using triple sec, pineapple juice, tequila and crushed ice.
